DTS has developed a sophisticated system allowing us to provide our clients with Network Monitoring Service. In essence, we will be able to monitor and alert on your server and other critical devices. Within a few minutes of a device failure, our engineers are notified and take corrective action. We provide first level help desk engineering services through a secure remote access system providing our Engineers with direct access to your servers and/or workstations, with your permission. Through our relationships with four major computer parts wholesalers and many direct manufacturers, DTS can be your one-stop shop for virtually any hardware and software product. Through our staff of dedicated fulfillment personnel, we can arrange to have almost anything ordered and available quickly.

Support Contract Management

Most hardware components including servers and workstations have associated warranties and support contracts. When products are procured by DTS, we track all renewals and notify our clients in advance of contract expirations.

Software Licensing Management

It can be difficult for many companies to properly track software purchases in order to maintain compliance with legal software usage. DTS can maintain records of all purchases of boxed products and volume licensing, and we notify our clients of licensing and support renewals in advance of contract expirations.
